Great water from the jugs

Bought new filters, they arrived promptly, Had an initial problem after changing filters, as the water wouldn’t pass through, sought advice from the team, it was a simple fix & they worked and now we are enjoying lots of pure clean water, for cooking & cleaning.
Sometimes I find that they don’t pour very well. So I lift the water pitcher out of the jug a little and pour ...

I have not received my product yet and will write a review after It has been received but I will say now I’ve always been happy with your product but the jug I bought the indicator has never worked so I have to guess when the filter is out of date

Since we used the filtered water, the taste of the tea and coffee is excellent. Also when drinking the water from the jug.
