Terms of Delivery
The Ionza Ltd website (www.ionza.co.nz) is a protected website, ensuring secure credit card transactions. The only information that is sent to our computers is an e-mail with the products you ordered and your ship-to information.
Your Credit Card information stays with the Credit Card Gateway, making sure your identity remains your own.
Legally Ionza does not need to accept returns when the customer changes their mind.
However Ionza may accept a cancellation of an order within 7 days after payment. This is done by its own disgression and would need to meet certain criteria. This is subject to the customer not having opened the product-packaging or used the product and the product is in sell-able condition.
Further a cancellation of an order incurs fees as it has caused Ionza labour-cost which it will need to recover: therefore please choose your products carefully.
The following charges may apply in the situation of a cancellation:
1) Orders made prior to shipment: a cancellation Fee of $20 will be applied.
2) Cancellation made within 7 days of the order payment but already been shipped. The Customer must return the product at their own expense by Track & Trace Courier to our Offices. Once the goods have been received and are in acceptable condition for resale, we will refund payment less $20 admin, less $35 Restocking Fee and less shipping cost if the order had free shipping. Shipping cost is depending on the size, weight of the product and the distance travelled.
This applies to all products except the following: Electrolytic water ionizers, Whole house filters and Instant Hot Water Wizard: here the refund will be the original amount less $20 admin, less $90 Restocking Fee and less shipping cost if the order had free shipping.
If the product is not returned to us in a condition fit for resale a further penalty will be charged at the discretion of Ionza Ltd. or a return may be rejected.
If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act. For more details also see Warranties below.
Transaction currency and prices are processed and displayed in New Zealand dollars. The Currency Converter displayed is only an indication of the value in another currency:
Please note: The price advertised might not be the same price charged to the Credit Card Account due to Exchange Rate fluctuations. This means that because we are based in New Zealand we have to convert your purchase to New Zealand dollars at the Exchange Rate on the day it is processed.
We accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit in New Zealand prior to their having been delivered to your home/business provided we are notified within 7 days. We cannot accept responsibility for your parcel once delivery has been made. For more information please visit our Delivery page.
All Electrolytic Ionisers come with 1 Year Full Warranty. Additional 1 year Warranty can be purchased for NZ$150.
If anything goes wrong with your unit that isn't caused by abuse, natural disaster or misuse, return it to us and we'll fix it for you at no charge. You pay for the transport to us, and we will pay for the return of your ionizer to you.
Please accept our assurance that any problems will be addressed in a friendly and efficient manner. Your satisfaction is extremely important to us and paramount to our high level of Customer Service.
Occasionally, due to circumstances outside of our control, we are unable to supply a product, or supply it at the price, or special offer, listed. We will advise you as soon as possible.
As you browse our product pages, you'll see an order button. When you click this button, you will be taken to a shopping cart, which will display the item(s) whose order button you have clicked. If you want to order the products in your cart, click on "buy now" and you will be taken to our secure check-out page where you can enter your billing and shipping information. After that, you'll receive an e-mail receipt for your order. Within 1-3 days, depending on order volume, your order will be dispatched via PBT Couriers or NZ Post. We will not give out any information you submit at our site to any third parties except in compliance with a request of a law enforcement agency. Under no circumstances will your name, e-mail, phone number or address be sold or given to any other parties. We will never willfully sell, lease, or rent any of your or your business' personally identifiable information to any third party.
Your personal information is collected through our contact forms only. This website currently has no applications or programs that gather information from your computer without your consent. Users are required to give us contact information (e.g., your name and email address) and demographic information (e.g., your post code). Certain information, such as your email address, is collected in order to verify your identity and for use in our records. Information collected at this website is kept in our records only as long as is necessary to provide requested services to our clients.
You can expect your order to arrive quickly and in good condition.
We know you'll often be ordering things you need in a hurry. If we have the products you order in stock - and we usually do - we'll dispatch your order within 1-3 working days.
Occasionally a product which you order may be out of stock. In this case we'll contact you as soon as possible to advise you of an ETA.

We offer FREE DELIVERY only within New Zealand. Any orders that are in the category of free delivery which are placed from overseas will be invoiced a separate freight charge. We will send a quote for this first.
All other orders have their Freight calculated during checkout. You can expect to receive your goods within 3-5 working days of having placed your order.
We use "Track and Trace" via PBT Couriers for all national deliveries outside of Golden Bay except for P O Box addresses, Waiheke Island & Great Barrier Island when we use NZ Post.
We send non-signature unless otherwise requested. If you're not home when they call, and they deem it safe to do so, the driver will typically leave your parcel either at your door or in your mailbox. If they don't think it safe to leave, they'll leave a card to call.
If delivery is to a Business you must include the Business Name in your Delivery Address.
PO Boxes and Rural Delivery addresses are not a problem - feel free.

We accept full responsibility for breakages in transit within New Zealand.
We offer you Courier delivery or if wanted, Airmail delivery.

The exact delivery cost of your order will be clearly displayed for your approval during the checkout process. You can estimate the delivery cost of the goods in your cart at any stage by using our 'Postage Estimator' on the Shopping Cart Summary page.
We charge a flat-rate for orders weighing up to 1 kilogram (1kg). This rate is determined by your delivery country and choice of delivery method - see below. For orders weighing over 1kg, the delivery cost is the 1kg rate plus an extra charge for each additional kilogram of product weight thereafter. These rates also vary depending on your delivery country and choice of delivery method.
