Terms of delivery

The Ionza Ltd website (www.ionza.co.nz) is a protected website, ensuring secure credit card transactions. The only information that is sent to our computers is an e-mail with the products you ordered and your ship-to information.

Your credit card information stays with our credit card processor, Cash2flo, making sure your identity remains your own.

Warranties and return  guarantees:

The KYK/EOS ionizers/Life ionizers come with a full 3-year parts and labour warranty.  The Homay comes with a 1 year parts and labour, and 3 years on parts only.

A full parts and labour warranty means if anything goes wrong with your unit that isn't caused by abuse, natural disaster or misuse, return it to us and we'll fix it for you at no charge. You pay for the transport to us, and we will pay for the return of your ionizer to you.

A warranty on parts only, means that we will fix your ionizer past the first year of a full warranty, and we will offer you free parts for replacements. You are required to pay for labour and for freight costs.  

We offer a 10-day return guarantee on our water ionizers, filters and accessories, provided the ionizer or goods have not been installed or used. We would charge a restocking fee of 5%.- plus the expense for freight to you. The item must be returned undamaged, unused in its original package with all of its original accessories.

We accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit in New Zealand prior to their having been delivered to your home/business provided we are notified within 7 days. We cannot accept responsibility for your parcel once delivery has been made.  For more information please visit our Delivery page.


Occasionally, due to circumstances outside of our control, we are unable to supply a product, or supply it at the price, or special offer, listed. We will communicate with you.


Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. Please accept our assurance that any problems will be addressed in a friendly and efficient manner, and with your satisfaction as our over-riding concern.

 

As you browse our product pages, you'll see an order button. When you click this button, you will be taken to a shopping cart, which will display the item(s) whose order button you have clicked. If you want to order the products in your cart, click on "buy now" and you will be taken to our secure check-out page where you can enter your billing and shipping information. After that, you'll receive an e-mail receipt for your order. Within 1-2 days, depending on order volume, your order will be dispatched via Post Haste or Post courier and you will receive a tracking number. If you have any questions about this process, please call us. 

We care about providing you with tools and information to manage and protect your online privacy. We have developed this privacy policy to inform you about what information this web site collects, who may receive this information, what we may do with the information, and how long we keep it. We have attempted to make this policy as clear as possible, but if you have any further questions about it, feel free to contact us.

We will not give out any information you submit at our site to any third parties except in compliance with a request of a law enforcement agency. Under no circumstances will your name, e-mail, phone number or address be sold or given to any other parties. We will never willfully sell, lease, or rent any of your or your business' personally identifiable information to any third party.

Your personal information is collected through our contact forms only. This website currently has no applications or programs that gather information from your computer without your consent. Users are required to give us contact information (e.g., your name and email address) and demographic information (e.g., your zip code). Certain information, such as your email address, is collected in order to verify your identity and for use in our records. Information collected at this website is kept in our records only as long as is necessary to provide requested services to our clients.

Domestic Delivery:

You can expect your order to arrive quickly and in great condition.

We know you'll often be ordering things you need in a hurry. If we have the products you order in stock - and we usually do - we'll dispatch your order within 1-2 working days.

Occasionally a product which you order may be out of stock. In this case we'll contact you promptly with an ETA. We'll only charge your credit card for goods that are available, and only at the time they're sent.

If you have any special delivery instructions please convey these via the field provided at checkout

 

FREE DELIVERY:

 We offer FREE DELIVERY within New Zealand on all orders over NZ $500 total.

 For orders under this amount, the cost of delivery is specified on each product page.

 You can expect to receive your goods within 3 working days of having placed your order.

 We use Post Haste or CourierPost for all national deliveries outside of Golden Bay. You can visit them here.

 

Non-signature delivery:

We send non-signature unless otherwise requested. If you're not home when they call, and they deem it safe to do so, the driver will typically leave your parcel either at your door or in your mailbox. If they don't think it safe to leave, they'll leave a card to call.

If delivery is to a business you must include the business name in your delivery address.

PO Boxes and Rural Delivery addresses are not a problem - feel free.

All CourierPost orders are sent with 'Track & Trace'. We'll send you a dispatch email with your tracking number at the time your order is sent.

 We accept full responsibility for breakages in transit within New Zealand.

 

International Delivery

International orders are welcome!

We offer you Courier delivery for any ionizer delivery, and if so wanted, Airmail delivery for any filters, or accessories.

The specific rates for each delivery zone and method are displayed in the table below.

The exact delivery cost of your order will be clearly displayed for your approval during the checkout process.  You can estimate the delivery cost of the goods in your cart at any stage by using our 'Postage Estimator' on the Shopping Cart Summary page.

We charge a flat-rate for orders weighing up to 1 kilogram (1kg).  This rate is determined by your delivery country and choice of delivery method - see below.  For orders weighing over 1kg, the delivery cost is the 1kg rate plus an extra charge for each additional kilogram of product weight thereafter.  These rates also vary depending on your delivery country and choice of delivery method.
